So when we spot a simple repair, we don’t tell you you need a whole new HVAC system. And when we spot a more significant issue, we don’t tell you it’s an easy fix.

In other words, we don’t go the easy route because it’s more convenient for us – we do what should be done because it’s the right thing to do.

We can’t even in good conscience walk away knowing we were accidentally overpaid –  which did happen once. When we noticed the error, we returned to the customer’s home to pay back what was rightfully theirs.
