Tony and his crew were professional and courteous. They engineered a heating and air conditioning system that was a retrofit to an inadequate system placed by our contractor when the home was built. We are so grateful that Absolute Comfort had the extensive experience base to figure out this complicated situation. Our home is heated and cooled better than it ever was. These guys were awesome. From the very first appointment with Kristopher, to our install day with Colt and Brycen. Punctual, awesome quality of work, explained things to my wife and me. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Definitely would recommend and will use these guys for future projects/maintenance.

My AC wasn’t working well, and the house wasn’t cooling off. I called, and within an hour, they were here and did a great job taking a look at all issues. And giving me recommendations without pushing me to do anything specific. I appreciated Kristopher and everything he did to help keep my house cool!

This is the first time I have used these guys, and I am very impressed. My AC broke, and because I work from home, it was important to me to get it fixed quickly. They had it completely fixed within a few hours after I called them. They had to change out the blower assembly because it fell apart. I was impressed that they were able to determine what the issue was, get the new part, and have it replaced within a few hours. That is outstanding service. In fact, I was so impressed that I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. I highly recommend them.

The most important thing with an HVAC company is someone that will be honest with you and not just trying to sell you something. I have used many companies, but these guys are by far the most honest I have dealt with and have saved us thousands from what other companies said we needed. I have now used them on 4 different buildings and would recommend that you please try them; you will not be disappointed.

Kristopher and Tony went above and beyond getting our furnace up and running. They diagnosed, repaired, and also cleaned our system. They found the root cause to be a wiring issue and, if plugged in, would burn out the circuit board again, and so we expected to have an electrician come in to repair the problem before they completed the job, but instead, they found a spare part in their truck and fixed it themselves! I am so excited to have heat in our home again :D. These two were great, and if I ever have another related issue, they’d be the first I’d call.

Kristopher was very positive and detailed without being pushy and is clearly a multi-talented individual with knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm (we won’t comment on his handlebar mustache). With enthusiasm and willingness to help us, his suggestions and ideas proved most beneficial to our decision to purchase an Amana heat pump and furnace system.

The Absolute Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning Team members (Tony, Brycen, and Ashton) were experienced and professional throughout the whole installation process. The removal of the old system and installation of the new heat pump and furnace, and cleanup outside and inside were completed without a hitch. Thanks again, guys, for a job well done.

This business is ABSOLUTELY awesome!! We have been having issues with our AC freezing over in the summers for the last two years, and our house is less than three years old. Tony came and tested the system, as promised, and put our worries to rest!! Tony was very courteous and professional!! He also took the time to explain what the test involved and the associated results. It is rare to find a company that is great at what they do, honors the quote, explains what they're doing, and provides honest results!

Bryce and his assistant were great. They were here about 15 minutes after I called. (I really thought it would take days.) They went right to work and did a wonderful job. The prices were more than I was expecting, but after a couple other bids, they were still the lowest price and by quite a bit! And their explanations and discussion was very helpful. They spent a good time telling us what, and why, and how things would/do work.

While they were working, they did things the right way (a problem I have had with OTHER people in the past). They fixed the duct work under the furnace to improve efficiency, moved the water heater a bit to fit the new furnace, and even replaced our broken thermometer. Then they followed up with encouraging us to get it checked out by the city inspector. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism to get things done right.

I will definitely always call Absolute Comfort! These guys are small business people working hard and honestly to take care of their families. They are not a large business using tricks to get you to spend more money.

Absolute Comfort heating and air gave such good service! Their employees are friendly, courteous, and really know their stuff. Not only did they do maintenance work on my furnace, but they checked my fireplaces and cleaned them. They also gave me some pointers on how to get the most out of my fireplace and encouraged me to get a hold of them if I ever had any questions. I would highly recommend them.

The guys at Absolute Comfort are all excellent at providing top-notch service! They are prompt and efficient and let you know exactly what is going on. They installed a new heat pump and high-efficiency heater. They arrived on time and worked diligently for nearly 10 hours. The installation looks fantastic, and the technicians were highly professional. The communication was outstanding. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs work done.

So glad someone referred these guys! We’ve been out of AC for about a month. We were going with a different company at first but they just kept pushing our dates back, so not very professional. With these hot summer days - we couldn’t wait any longer. Called Absolute Comfort on Friday, they were here that next Monday! Called Absolute Comfort Heating & Air after my AC unit stopped working. I spoke with the scheduler over the phone, who was beyond friendly and set me up for the next day between 12 and 4 PM. Brycen showed up an hour early and had my AC up and going within minutes. Blown away doesn't begin to describe how I feel about Absolute HVAC. I will be working with them in the future and definitely referring them.

Absolute Comfort was awesome! My wife and I just purchased a house in Ogden and wanted to make sure the furnace was going to run as well as it could for its age. They came out and did a very detailed inspection of the furnace and even sent me an email with all of the notes, recommendations, and even PHOTOS! I’m very happy with their professionalism and kindness!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! As new homeowners, my husband and I were a bit nervous about having to hire an HVAC service to help with our new smart home thermostat. I called over five different businesses in the area, and all were either unable to come out on the same day OR the prices were much higher (approximately>$100 per quote) than what Absolute Comfort provided us. Kris came out today; he was on time, fast with installation, and incredibly professional (and kind!). We are certainly signing up for their semi-annual maintenance service in 2021 because of our experience today. Thank you!

Brycen and Ashton were my service agents. They were very thorough in checking my A/C unit. Brycen is very knowledgeable and was able to answer many and all of my service questions. Our home has 2 HVAC systems, and both were having issues such that they needed to be replaced. Not only did Absolute Comfort install better systems than the other guys had proposed (dual fuel, high efficiency, with great warranties), but they were able to beat the other guy's prices too. Plus they provided me with exactly what I needed to get the rebates and tax incentives, making those applications super easy. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
